Simahodskiy Anatoly Semenovich

Born in 1948 in a military family, after graduating from high school with a silver medal in 1966, he entered the Leningrad pediatric medical Institute, from which he graduated in 1972. According to the distribution, he worked in the CRH of the Vologda district of the Vologda region, where he combined the position of Deputy chief medical officer with the work of a resident of the pediatric Department.
From 1976 to 1978, he was a clinical resident of the Department of propaedeutics of children's diseases at the Leningrad pediatric medical Institute.
In 1978, he entered graduate school, from which he graduated in 1980 and completed under the supervision of Professor I. M. Vorontsov the work on the PhD thesis "Clinical and immunological characteristics of various forms of rheumatoid arthritis in children", which was defended in 1981.
In 1981, by competition, he was accepted as an assistant at the Department of propaedeutics of children's diseases, and since 1989 he has been an associate Professor at the same Department. >>>
In 1995, in agreement with the rector of the pediatric Academy, he joined the Executive authorities as head of the Department of medical and preventive care for mothers and children of the St. Petersburg health Committee, while still teaching at the Department.
In 1999, under the guidance of Professor V. V. Yuriev, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "Methodology for assessing children's health". since 2002, he has been a Professor at the Department of propaedeutics of children's diseases.
After completing the state civil service in 2013, he was appointed Professor of the Department of Pediatrics and pediatric surgery at the first Pavlov state medical University in Saint Petersburg.
Teaching of Pediatrics was carried out under the guidance of Professor V. V. Yuriev. In 2015, with the expansion of the pediatric faculty, a reorganization was carried out, with the formation of the Department of children's diseases with a course in neonatology.
Since 2015, the head of the Department, which is a graduate and teaches Pediatrics to students of all courses of the faculty of Pediatrics. More than 90 scientific and educational works have been published, 2 innovation proposals and 1 author's certificate have been confirmed. Repeatedly awarded with diplomas and thanks of the Governor of St. Petersburg certificates of the Ministry of health of the Russian Federation; "Excellent student of healthcare" - 2003; "Honored healthcare worker of the Russian Federation" - 2006; Winner of the Russian Government prize in science and technology-2010; medal "300th anniversary of Saint Petersburg" - 2003 Chief freelance specialist in Pediatrics of the St. Petersburg health Committee, member of the Executive Committee of the Union of pediatricians of Russia, member of the working group of the coordinating Council under the President of the Russian Federation on children's health.
