(born February 20, 1960, Leningrad) is a Russian sports medicine doctor. Rector of Saint Petersburg state medical University named after academician I. p. Pavlov (2008-2011), acting scientific Director Of the Institute of the human brain of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Saint Petersburg; since September 12, 2017). Author of more than 300 scientific papers and patents. Chief freelance specialist in sports medicine of the St. Petersburg health Committee Member of the European scientific society of pulmonologists. Member of the Presidium of the Russian Association of sports medicine and rehabilitation of patients and invalids.

Born on February 20, 1960 in Leningrad.
